New Year’s meeting of diplomats with the Mayor of Cracow
 January 13th, 2022, in the new branch of the MuFo Photography Museum at ul. Rakowicka in Kraków, a New Year’s meeting between the President of Cracow, Jacek Majchrowski, and the diplomatic corps took place. The Honorary Consul of the Republic of Indonesia, Marian Skrzypiec took part in the meeting at the invitation of the President of Cracow.

During the meeting, the President summed up the past year, emphasizing the importance of the activities of diplomatic units. By the way, he noted that there are already 39 foreign representative offices in Cracow, which makes Cracow the vice-leader in terms of the number of consular units. The President also presented plans for the next year and invited consulates for further cooperation.

The chairman of the Cracow City Council, Rafał Komarewicz thanked the participants for their activity, thanks to which the city is promoted in the international arena.

On behalf of the diplomatic corps, the following spoke: German Consul General Michael Gross, who is the Dean of the Consular Corps. He thanked the City Authorities for their support and cooperation.

New Year’s meetings of Cracow’s diplomats have been organized for many years. Only in 2021 the event was canceled due to the pandemic.
