On September 21th, 2020, the Honorary Consul of Indonesia Marian Skrzypiec took part in the meeting of the Ambassador of Indonesia Siti Nugraha Mauludiah with the Chief of Police, Gen. Insp. dr. Jarosław Szymczyk and the First Deputy Commander in Chief of the Police, Chief Inspector Dariusz Augustyniak. The meeting took place at the headquarters of the Police Headquarters in Warsaw
The visit was a courtesy. During it, topics related to broadly understood security were discussed. Particular emphasis was placed on the safety of Indonesian citizens residing in Poland. Both delegations stated that ensuring security requires close and constant intercultural cooperation.
During the meeting, reference was also made to the exceptional anniversary which this year brings the countries of Poland and Indonesia particularly close – this year is the 65th anniversary of establishing relations between the two countries.
After discussing issues important to both delegations, the delegations exchanged gifts.
